Online bite sized course on Equality Duties in the NHS. This course is for reps in England, Scotland and Wales but not reps in Northern Ireland. We will look at equalities policies and duties in the NHS, in particular the Public Sector Equality Duty and the NHS Workforce Race Equality Standard (WRES) and how they apply in the NHS. This course is only directly relevant for Reps who work in the NHS. This in an independent learning course, rather than tutored course.
