This course is designed for reps who want to actively challenge hate and division in their workplaces and communities. It supports participants to recognise divisive and hateful narratives where they appear, understand how they are used to undermine solidarity, and build the confidence to challenge them. 

Through shared learning and practical discussion, participants will strengthen their communication skills to challenge hate in a constructive way that centres solidarity. Reps will learn how to promote messages of solidarity at work and explore how to proactively build workplace cultures that prevent hate from taking root in the first place.
